Posted .We are sorry that your seed pods didn't germinate as expected and are experiencing some issues. Remember, we do have a 21-day germination guarantee where we replace any seed pods if they don't sprout.

moldy aerogarden pods :/

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.lately my AeroGarden herbs and now... it seems... the lettuce pods too are moldy!!!! within a week I am just growing mold... and its almost winter here so if anything my home is super DRY!!!! not humid. very irritated given the price tag on these; last year they worked great... :/

Not Marvelous

They were both missing the 2 pods of Marvel. If they were out of the marvel that day, at least put a note in and a substitution.

Posted .We're very sorry to hear that you've had germination issues. It is disappointing when Seed Pods don't germinate. We do test our seed pods for a 99% germination rate, but Mother Nature often has her own schedule. That's why we guarantee pod replacements for non-germinating seeds. However, when multiple Seed Pods do not germinate, it could indicate a larger Garden issue. Please reach out to our Customer Service Team on the Aerogarden website so we may further assist.
