The wiring seams to go out often and the sound will be very quiet one second and extremely loud the next. It's good for the price, but might be worth upgrading.

Only use if you desperately need a mic

The set up is easy and I experienced no issues with people being able to hear me but it was difficult to hear others. It was also difficult for me to be able to hear both the party and game volume well. I would only ever use this mic if it was the only one available at the time since it’s decent but not one I would use on a consistent basis.

The microphone died after a month of use but we had the geek squad protection program so we got a new one.
