Best Buy kept pushing the date of installation back. I finally asked a friend to help me install it. I was told by someone at Best Buy that they would send me a shipping label so I could send the defective AC unit back. It has been over a week and I've received no label. I think I should reconsider my plans to buy a new gas stove and have it installed as well as having my old electric range hauled away.

The installers we're very knowledgeable and did an excellent job in short order.

Technicians arrived on time and were extremely efficient. This job would have taken me at least three hours and they were done in 20 minutes!

I actually underestimated this brand and product prior to my purchase. I made up my mind to get it, based on recommendation by the sales representative who attended to me on the day of purchase. I got it installed by BESTBUY part of my perks of being an Elite member plus being a total tech. member. Very nice A/C. Its very quiet, works adequately so much so that when I cool my apartment for couple of hours. When I shut it off I can still feel the coolness as if its still on. I essentially got my money's worth and peace of mind.

I already had brackets (under the AC, attached to the building) in my window, so they didn't need to be installed. I don't care for the insulation they used. It was a thin piece of styrofoam, which still left small gaps. I was told that the side brackets would not fit because the air conditioner was large and took up most of the room in the window, but I believe they could have been installed and help better insulate from the sides. I already had some insulating foam pieces at home, so they were used to close the gaps.

The two installers were careful and competent They did a perfect job in decent amount of time but NOT too fast to be accurate

Two guys came to install the a/c they were respectful and put on shoe covers upon entering my home, they installed the a/c properly and answered some of my concerns with regards to maintenance. I am happy I called for help, thank you.

The installers arrived promptly as scheduled. Installed the air conditioner carefully and professionally. Hauled away the packing of the new air conditioner as well the old window air conditioner. Overall - very pleased

As soon as the technician left I looked at the owner's manual and realized he forgot to install the weather stripping under the unit so there is a gap between the windowsill and the unit that is open to the outside. There also is supposed to be foam to cover the accordion folds on either side of the unit. I tried to reach the technician to ask if he could find the missing materials in the box, but have not heard back.

I stay in a two family home and this air conditioner cools my entire unit!!! I feel like I have central air!! Best purchase ever
