The phone working good and for the price is better

This is a very nice simple smart phone for a teen. Can do all the basic things they need done and comes with a backup battery charger case which is great for anyone who has a teen.

So original tried to get to of these added to my kind , Best buy employee did all she could but ultimately cricked want to charge an additional fee to get these under my line. I was fine with that then the cricket rep said he messed up and I'd have to activate both phones full amount and then wait for a refund . Basically it was a run around and I ended I just canceling both of them

Bought and was disappointed at the fact it didnt sync up to particular blue tooth products. Even more disappointed it did not receive picture mail.

First of all, Cricket doesn't offer a hotspot on this phone, so if that is a feature you may need, don't buy this phone. Second, this phone has trouble connecting to wifi and staying connected to wifi. I have the same trouble at every single location I try to connect at, (home, work, residences, public spots, etc.) It takes multiple attempts before I either connect or give up. If I happen to connect, it still kicks me every few minutes. No other devices have the issue at the same locations, so it has to be this device. If it was a $20 dollar phone, I would just replace it, but at over $100 (since I am a returning Cricket customer) I am stuck with it for a while. The battery life is also pretty bad, making the power pak a necessity. However, you can't really use the phone while the power pak is charging it because the battery drains faster than the pak can charge it, so it will die, rendering the pak useless. Also, the sensor is messed up and impossible to reset, so the screen goes black when making phone calls. So not only can you not tell whether the call is connecting, you can't use the keypad or add a call. TERRIBLE PHONE!!! You're better off buying a cheap, disposable since this one doesn't function properly.

Doesn't charge and if you can get a charge on it it lasts maybe 2 hrs. Sound Quality is poor. YouTube videos lock up. A flip phone would be better than this. Save your money. Buy ANYTHING else! First Alcatel phone I've been disappointed with and will be the last one.

This is the worst phone I have ever owned will not sync to Bluetooth devices correctly will not send picture messages will not connect to internet properly will not download messages I would not recommend this phone I bought this phone at Best Buy for $49 the only Pro to this phone is it came with the power back for $49 which was a good deal. Compared to other Alcatel phones I have owned this one is the worst. Do not buy this phone. I would give zero stars but that is not an option therefore the one star
