Every time I have to restart my router this unit disconnects from my smart lock. Currently I am trying to reconnect but nothing is working. I’ve called the support number and am waiting for a call back.
I have had this unit for 4 months, and it’s been a pain. However, when it does cooperate it works well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Hello MissBri, Thank you for sharing your feedback and we appreciate you joining the Alfred Smart Home Family. We are sorry you are experiencing some reconnection issue with your WIFI Bridge. Sometimes when your home network signal is dropped unexceptionally it takes some time for the Wifi bridge to reconnect. The easiest way to fix this is to unplug the WIFI Bridge from the wall for 5 sec and then plug it back in (as long as your home wifi network is back up and running). I am sure our support team at [email protected] has followed up with you already on this and hope you are back up and running.
