Doesn’t stay connected
Every time I have to restart my router this unit disconnects from my smart lock. Currently I am trying to reconnect but nothing is working. I’ve called the support number and am waiting for a call back.
I have had this unit for 4 months, and it’s been a pain. However, when it does cooperate it works well.
