I have wanted a high end laptop for a while and this fit the bill. It has everything I need for gaming and work. The quality throughout from the keyboard to the software and all the hardware in between is awesome!

The Laptop is phenomenal. Graphics, speed, quality, just perfection. Everything about it is great for gaming, business & home. Bought this while waiting for my custom build's parts to come in. Only downside is the ability to drain the battery so fast. Probably only got about 3hrs out of it when off the charger. Which i expected when buying something with such specs. Always expect that Gaming Laptop Batteries would be rethought & upgraded more. 5/5 for this Beast.

I've always heard these laptops are amazing and that is exactly what it is. I use software that other laptop can't keep up and this one has not let me down yet

This was my first Alienware purchase as I usually stayed away from them due to being extremely high priced for my budget. But I bit the bullet and picked up this laptop. Wow, I'm extremely impressed with the quality of this product. I've thrown a ton of AAA games at this laptop (Assisn's Creed Origins, Wolfenstien 2, etc..) and all run at 60+ fps with everything turned on. The only negative thing would have to be the weight. It's pretty heavy, but if you're just leaving it on a table/desk you're fine. Definitely recommend this laptop if you're a gamer looking for some portability.

I wanted a laptop for gaming on the road... It's right in my wheel house with a decent sized screen and power. I am still getting to know all the nuances of an Alienware laptop.

I bought this laptop for my 16 year old son as he wanted a good gaming laptop. This laptop exceeded his expectations.

Bought this to replace my old 17"R1. Honestly only got this one because the Razer Blade Pro was sold out, but it did not dissapoint. Of course if it is way bulkier than Razer, but it is totally worth it. Only downside is the default SSD size (128GB). Looking forward to upgrade it pretty soon.

Saved about $500 for an open box unit that was marked excellent geek squad cleaned. Unit was flawless! Showed no signed of use. Person must have purchased and changed their mind. This is by far the best laptop purchase I have made. It has the power, the speed, and the specs I was looking for. The screen is the best I have seen in a laptop. I love the customizable lighting. Wished the customization had more fine tuning capabilities instead of zoning. I’d like to customize each individual key! Love the fact that most of the connections are all in the back. It is the heaviest laptop I have purchased. But at under 10 lbs it’s not the heaviest. Thickness is not bad for its power but not the slimest in its catagory. Love the Tobii eye tracking!

By far the best laptop I have had. Great for gaming. Easy setup and to keep it up to date.

Hands down the best laptop I've ever had. Well worth the price, and handles everything my son throws at it like a beast. He can play Fortnight, and Far Cry 5 at the highest settings with no lag. It is fast, smooth, and the display looks great.

the laptop is great quality and has no big problem from then. But kind reminds BestBuy credit card customers chose either points or finance. At that time, the clerks and staff told me chose two which makes a lot of trouble to me

Great all around computer. Definitely worth the asking price

Main use is mobile gaming and wanted something with enough power to run an Oculus Rift. Something to be aware of laptop advertised with 4 USB ports and Oculus ready. Oculus ready only means it has enough power (graphics and CPU) to run a VR set up. You will need an additional USB hub as the system has 2 standard USB ports, 1 USB C-type and a Thunderbolt. The Oculus Rift Touch will require 3 USB 3.0 ports and an HDMI. The laptop is pretty heavy around 10lbs w/o the charging cable, (due to the good size heat sink on the back). Those are my only cons with the system, so far I'm more than happy with the purchase.

Well I'm gonna give ya my honest opinion. I think this pc is a great one however, I think it's a little overpriced it does great honestly but expect to hear fans running. But they really only do it when it's plugged up to charger while gaming. All in all great pc

I was never really sure about getting an Alienware computer to be honest. There's always a mixed amount of gamers who stated these are completely overpriced or the fact that they aren't that good of quality. But I have to say I love it! The feel, speed, specs, everything is fantastic. I would buy it again.

This alienware laptop was a great purchase. the GSYNC monitor with a 144hz refresh rate makes your games look amazing. it had plenty of power, and the solid state HD made bootup almost instant. I would highly recommend to any gamer who wants to be mobile.

I bought an open box one month ago. I did lots of research. I have had great experience with Dell Laptops. When I saw this monster light up I could not resist. Fast. Gorgeous. Heavy.

This is my second one. Had to take the first back because of light bleed. Performance is great. Screen looks good but a little on the lighter side for dark colors. Excellent build quality.

I highly recommend this laptop. The speed is amazing and with the Solid State Drive, the computer boots up in record time. The quality build on the Alienware laptop is top notch.

Incredible laptop, it is not that thick and heavy as you might expect, very powerful. It just looks beautiful. Good battery life. All games on ultra. Screen looks great
