I've bought a alien wear area. If you do on laptop before I still have it. It still runs excellently, and that's what really pushed me to get this one. I got a great price on it. It works magnificently. I'm blown away. It's more portable than the desktop laptop that I bought prior and man. I'm just blown away. They just they just keep getting better and better. Extremely satisfied with my purchase and I highly recommend it to anybody that's looking for more portability. And power to play those powerful games

This laptop is by far the best laptop in its class. The storage is more than enough to house large AUTOCAD files, games, and pictures, with plenty of room to spare. The overall preformance is superb. It hasnt lagged once while doing work. The weight is just a little heavy, but despite that it fits with the laptop and makes it stronger and more durable. The screen size and refresh rate make visuals crisp, smooth, and clear. The customizability of the lighting really adds to the character of the laptop.

It’s an amazing machine but the issue is the screen. Mine had very noticeable screen bleed. Simply unacceptable for a price this high. They are selling people short by sticking with these dinosaur screens. I’ve used LCD Panels that make this one look pathetic. What’s the point of having this crazy powerful machine if its display can’t even create the best picture. I traded for the Rog Zyphrus G16 and even though it’s not as flashy, it’s way better value for your money. The display is stunning and makes the most of its powerful specs. And it’s is an incredible looking machine in its own right. Very thin/sleek model but still has an exceptional cooling system. I would recommend getting the G16 unless your just gonna use the Area 51 with an external Display.

Great computer, runs everything with 5070. The price drop was the reason I got this one. The battery last enough for me to get some stuff done but doesn’t last too long. It charges really fast though.

Good thermal performance. Excellent CPU performance (172W) Excellent laptop at surface value. Ultimately returned the device due to excessive light-bleed and the Thunderbolt 5 ports on the device did not work reliably with my eGPU or dock. Battery life is abysmal, not sure if this will be fixed in future updates but 2.5hrs worth of web-surfing is unacceptable. This device should have had a MUX or similar to force integrated graphics on. Device of this size and weight ought to be closer to 5 but that's likely because the fans to not support 0db mode.

4 Months in. Main Game: Skyrim SE, with around 350 mods installed. Uses: Cyberpunk 2077, Terraria, Youtube, Nexus mods, Excel. - Runs well. Max all gameplay parameters. --Fans run medium speed during gameplay use. ---Cyberpunk on max setting will cause maximum fan spin. Still able to use for extended periods. ----Fans at max speed are moderately loud. No decibel level to report. Noise canceling headphones make excess sound redundant. - I keep the device plugged in during use. Battery life untested. - I use an external mouse and keyboard- -- Not because the keyboard is bad by any means. It's the opposite actually, Keyboard and control pad are exceptionally aesthetic. It feels to be a crime to finger print them(and eronomics). -Advanced from Nintendo Switch, and Dell laptop. -I bought the device on sale. Was used in the highest condition. Note: I have not prior owned a gaming system other than a switch. Take review with minor salt.

The laptop functions perfectly fine and has cool features, but its extremely blocky for its screen size, which makes it difficult when transporting it, its weight is also pretty heavy to the point of not being worth it.

Excellent laptop. It's fast with incredible graphics. Settings are understandable. Lighted keyboard. It's an easy transition from a Windows 10. The only negative is it is very expensive.

Powerful laptop with a bothersome issue for me

The laptop worked great and its performance was incredible, but it had an issue where it couldn't go to sleep. This may not be a big deal for some people but it definitely sucked for me! Geek squad said they replaced the motherboard which had appeared to fix the issue at the store, but once I got home and tested it further it started again. This could've just been a one-off with my specific system, but definitely annoying. For what it's worth, I am a tech-savvy person and could not figure out what the issue was specifically. For those who are curious and knowledgeable, putting it to sleep DID NOT generate a sleep event log and immediately woke up (can it really wake up if it was never asleep?), making me think there was still a hardware issue involved. I have since returned the laptop as defective. If putting your system to sleep is unimportant to you (or yours isn't defective...), then this laptop is amazing.

The performance of this notebook is simply impressive. With the Intel Core Ultra 9 275HX, 32GB of memory and the powerful RTX 5070 Ti, it runs any game or demanding software with incredible fluidity. The 2.5K screen offers crisp images and vibrant colors, perfect for those seeking graphic quality. In addition, the Liquid Teal design is modern and sophisticated, drawing attention in any environment. The 2TB storage guarantees plenty of space for games, files and projects. It's a machine that combines power, style and reliability.

Best buy did a good job returning and replacing my item when there was something wrong with it. Overall a good computer for a good price (i got a black friday deal), but has screen bleed upon startup on black screen. Its not noticable 90% of the time though and the speed and graphics card is well worth it.
