I could have purchased a different gaming computer for half the price, but i wanted something that was going to last him a long time so I got him the newest thing out. And it was on sale!!!!

ACC bug, really bad customer!!

Been with customer service from 8am to 5 pm going around and around getting no where 3 different agents doing the same thing! One agent even got so mad she raised her voice and said “just follow the instructions in the email!” And hung up. I wasn’t trying to be rude I just wanted to her I’ve done that with 2 other agents and rebooting the computer to factory setting is not a 10 min deal it takes a while! Other than that computer was working good while it lasted!

It never worked again. I tried diferent game controlers. It insisted that use the wired mouse and keyboard that came with it. I used System Mechanic: it was in poor condition. The game was frozen where I was before
