    Decided to upgrade my headset for my computer and after looking for a whike decided to get theses! Definitely is a great choice they sound amazing I can wear them for long periods of time and it doesnt hurt my head or ears. Headset is super lightweight sometimes you dont even notice it. Build quality is really good made me metal and everything has held up.Sound quality is super good especially for a gaming headset the hi-res audio really goes above and beyond.Quick set up process was ready to go some sources say not to update the headset but just do whatever you feel right. Only con is it doesnt disconnect sometimes but connects back really fast.Others complained of the static noise its literally just the noise canceling doing its job boocks out a lot of things and gives you a better experience 10/10 definitely should get

    Sound quality is great, especially with Atmos on, and the control through the Alienware Command Center is excellent. It's a little tight around the ears, but YMMV (i rather like it that way). Main issues are that Bluetooth connection has a pretty noticeable lag beyond what all my other BT devices get (using the USB dongle eliminates that problem), and the touch-based volume controls just aren't great.

    I love the design of these. They are comfortable and lightweight. The downside is the connectivity with the USB c dongle. They don't want to stay connected and I have not been able to get the included mix to work.

    The clamping force was to tight but maybe I just have a big head. Also had some connection issues with the Bluetooth, again might be a personal issue with me being over weight and my fat blocked most of the Bluetooth signals.

    Old alienware headsets are better.

    This headset as an audio headset is okay quality, however, the headset cuts in and out occasionally requiring reseting the entire headset. I returned my initial headset and the replacement did the same thing even when paired to my alienware computer using command center. The noise canceling feature also turns the sound off my headset on my second pair and flat out did not work on my first pair. I went back to my old alienware headset and discarded these as I did not even want another replacement. Very disappointed with how bug riddled these are.
