What can I say, it’s done everything I’ve needed so far with no issues. Been using this for a week and it runs great. MS Flight Sim on very high to ultra settings and it’s been very smooth. Screen is very bright and fast. Fan kicks in but it’s not as loud as other gaming laptops I’ve used. lightweight and relatively thin for a 17” gaming laptop too.

Honestly you truly get what you pay for! You can feel & see the quality. Nothing is cheap about this solid laptop. 9/10 because you can’t add anymore ram. I noted complaints in initial reviews about how hot it gets. Its not terribly hot. Its expected with a machine like this. I definitely recommend this laptop if you’re in the market.

Best Buy had this laptop in stock and that was awesome. I really like the laptop for the screen size. I was hoping to get the AMD based one but the Intel was the only one available at the time of purchase. The Intel version is very hot and will need to be undervolted. However, I will keep the Intel because it seems to work very well with gaming.

One heck of a Laptop! The 360hz Screen is Sick! The RTX 3070 is SUPER fast! I purchased this laptop as a Certified Geek Squad Open box. So it was pretty much brand new. It came with the Original Box, accessories and paperwork. With the Certified version you save a couple bills. I would say its totally worth it!

I was extremely paranoid at first.. alienware has a bad rep in general. Overheating being the biggest flaw. Well i decided to take the chance, thus being my first ever alienware anything. I have been blown away! Got a cheap laptop cooler and it keeps both my cpu and gpu under 70c. So easy to fix overheating.

Talk about a powerhouse. This laptop has a great screen for gaming, haven’t found a game I can’t have the settings on ultra w/ ray tracing. 3 Expandable hard drive bays which is rare for a laptop to have and even upgrade nowadays. Keys are great. Extremely pleased!

Spectacular laptop, its just about a perfect fit for me. I appreciate how customizable it is. Dell's support assist is also extremely helpful in identifying errors and administering updates. I've had no problems with the laptop since I've had it.

Excellent build quality, laptop remains fairly quiet even when temps climb. Screen has great response (mostly play FPS) and colors are wonderful. Love the larger screen for gameplay, would recommend to anyone looking for a portable, reliable gaming laptop.

Took a while to decide on which computer to get but I am very happy with this one! The graphics, sound and overall functionality of this computer is amazing. The battery life isn’t the best but still worth it with how well it runs.

This is a per key RGB keyboard!!! The temperatures wont get more than 85C compared to every other alienware machine this one of the best I have seen. Games will run smooth on Ultra and even with RTX on. If you can get out of these you wont regret it.

Pros : RTX 30 series GPU, amazing 17inch 360hz display, powerful CPU, convenient port placements, and beautiful RGB AlienFX capabilities Cons : CPU can get insanly hot - 84 degrees Celsius while overlooked and running CoD - Cold War on max with ultra DLSS and Ray Tracing settings. No issues though just gets too hot for my comfortability Overall - amazing tech from Alienware yet again after years of quality production. Great price point for on the go gaming with amazing power capable of rivaling a desktop PC build. I actually converted my old build to a mining rig and use all my peripherals and gaming monitor to plug into the m17 r4 when I'm home.

This computer is fasttttt! I got it for gaming and for my bizness on the side. I do picture editing and etc... Only downside of a new pC is having to set it up to how you like it. But that would be with any PC purchase.

This is not only a great gaming laptop but the keyboard is excellent for typing any documents. I already upgraded the storage to two 2TBs for a total of 4 TBs. Just wish the memory was upgradable to 32GB but 16 seems fine for now.

Solid gaming laptop. Sweet graphics and refresh rate. Can sound loud when playing larger games. My only true complaint is the battery life sucks. You'll need to keep it plugged in if you want to play anything.

Absolutely love this laptop! It’s super fast and the graphics card is amazing! Make sure to get a cooling stand because it gets really hot when gaming. Other than it getting really warm I have no complaints at all!

Superb machine. Does everything fast and feels solid from the keyboard to the trackpad to the hinge motion. Even the LED lights of the keyboard and back panel are sweet. Worth every penny.

Excellent computer, fast, reliable, Dell has a very good Warranty Service as well. My only complaint is that it might get loud during intense gaming, but overall I am satisfied with the computer.

This laptop replaced my 3080 desktop. I switched to the laptop as I am now traveling for work and wanted 1 device for all my PC needs. This does very well. It obviously does not have the same graphical power as the desktop, but I am able to play hunt showdown 3440 x 1440p above 100FPS. I think this is very impressive. I got this when it was on sale, open box, for $2050. I wish it was a bit cheaper, but the cheaper laptops seem to have lower wattage on the GPU, likely diminishing their performance. The quality seems to be very high. I noticed a lot of fingerprint grease on the other laptops at the store. This device does a great job of looking clean all the time.

This computer is great. Its fast, the screen is clear. I havent had such a nice computer before. It plays games flawlessly. Awesome buy/

Excellent laptop, the 360 ​​hz is quite noticeable on the screen. It has excellent performance. I compared it to a 2080 desktop pc and it beat with little difference in performance.
