This unit has multiple features for a low price. That, along with Alpine quality, made it a good value for me.

I think this is great. Put it in my work truck and sounds great, very easy to use. I love pandora and I can play it from my phone

First of all, the installation done at my local Best Buy (Gainesville, GA) was excellent. They worked me in on a Sunday afternoon, and the unit looks great. The Lead Tech sat out in the vehicle several minutes and explained most all the functions. After a little tweaking and several weeks of use, I can say the Alpine sounds very good and has all the inputs I need. And I do use the front panel audio input, the USB audio input, and yes I still play CDs. The only disappointment came when I figured out the USB input will not play wave files, only mp3 and wma. I know the "lossy" files are smaller for streaming, but wave files sound much fuller and richer even on car speakers. If the radio will play hi-rez CD disks, why can't it play wav files thru the USB? Note that with radios with detachable faceplate, you need to make sure the faceplate is snapped securely in place (when it clicks). Otherwise it will make weird designs on your readout & possibly damage the radio. I don't recommend you adjust the 3-band graphic equalizer. I fiddled with it for days, and it never sounded good. Then I read the instructions on where to locate the pre-sets. I set it on the "Rock" setting, and it sounds great no matter what type music is playing.

The sound quality is awesome for the price. I put this in a 2001 Mustang and it installed easy.

This Stereo is just what I needed. It's simple to use, has ease of USB, and Pandora. Perfect.

Bought this to replace my OE stereo in my truck. I'm very pleased with the sound, the blue tooth works great, and it hooks up to my steering wheel controls.

This is a great in-dash deck. It sounds great. bluetooth when in use is clear. no need to shout when using phone.

Excellent head unit for my car. SO many features! Sound is great and now I'll be hooking up 2 kicker 10's to it.

Needed a new cd player with bluetooth. Nothing extravagant,, so for what i use it works great!

Great stereo, easy to use. Hands free is helpful, but can get really annoying, goes on anytime your phone rings.

Alpine has been around for as long as I can remember and companies don't last that long without a good product. This is no exception. It works as advertised, plays cd's, wma's/MP3's, AM/FM, and also hooks up to your phone/ipod to play music you have on those. It charges that device as well.

This is a good value for the price conscious. It has more than would be expected features and the sound is good.
