WOW! It is big in the 2017 JKU dash. Had it professionally installed as wanted it done right by an approved Alpine installer. It exceeds what I wanted but being water resistant and the ability to add additional modules to increase capability is what pushed me to finally purchase it. Definitely is not cheap and keeping fingers crossed it will last longer than the radios offered with Jeeps. There is a lot of menus to scroll through but are easy to navigate. The only bad thing I can say about it is how to access the settings menu. You have to apply the parking brake twice and leave it on to change settings. Not sure why it was done that way but do understand for use of the DVD player requiring the parking brake set.

I really enjoy the quality and the ease of use. Custom fit and features designed for JEEP. It is the perfect upgrade for my 2012 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited Altitude. My fear was needing the dash cut. Once I pulled into the install bay at Best Buy all worries went away. Install at Best Buy was 100% professional! Very happy with this install and purchase.

The power of this unit is amazing in terms of improving sound quality! There are so many features I haven’t even tested yet. I love the large display. I let Best Buy install since the institution required the dash to be cut. Very happy with this unit and all the key features it provides. My OEM units navigation went out and the cost to repair was way too high with no warranty or guarantee it wouldn’t go out again. This unit gives you so much flexibility in terms of using your Smartphone or the factory Uconnect if equiped. Might seem pricey but when you see and hear the difference you won’t be sorry with the investment. I only had Sirius radio and rear camera add one but there are more great features this system offers if you want to have video or accessorize controls added.

Great radio and was what my Jeep needed. The only downfall is the price. Seriously expensive so be ready to pay for it or its successors.
