Nice little unit! It is easy to hook up. I use it to transcribe audio to text.

So far... five stars! Easy hook-up with USB A (and C adaptor). Worked right away. Mute button is handy. My desktop computer did change speaker audio to USB Mic, so I had to change that back (no problem). Reproduction of my voice is very good - clear, not tinny. Extremely small size - slightly smaller than the base of a 12oz. soda can. There is a headphone minijack. I have to right-click the speaker icon on the Taskbar to switch to headphones instead of normal speakers. And then I switch back again when done. Not a big deal. I even finally set up Cortana, and it works surprisingly quickly. Solid quality piece.

This is a fantastic product for any conference/remote meeting needs. For the price, I don't think it can be beat. I used this recently for an oral examination for my PhD and there were no hiccoughs or bugs. All I had to do was plug it in. There were no drivers or odd proprietary software, just plug in and select it as the input device. The audio was clear and audible from everywhere in the 50'x20' room.

Great little mic! Sound quality was good as long as it’s closer to your face…I had it on the desk and found it to be too far away.

Due to the pandemic, I record my lectures for students who need to isolate. Because the computer in my classroom is not equipped with a microphone, I needed a microphone that was lightweight and user-friendly. Not only does this mic meet these needs, but it also picks up my voice clearly although I double mask.

Added the USB Microphone to my video conferencing setup to eliminate the headset and boom mic. Easy to install and easy to use with great quality. At the top end of my price range, but glad I got it.

Love this microphone. Works better than expected and worth the price. Previously I experienced issues with my laptop microphone which have now been eliminated. Strongly recommend this product.

Microphone was easy to install, and worked perfectly. Efficient size increases its utility. Price of microphone was excellent and very comparable to other sources. Highly recommend this microphone.

In general, this mic works well for small rooms/zoom calls and is incredibly easy to use. I plugged it into my MacBook Air and it was up and running. Unfortunately, the mic didn't quite fit my needs. I had to record a meeting of about 10 people in a large conference room (social distancing purposes) and the mic didn't make a huge difference and I actually got better audio using Garage Band on my iPad Pro. If you need this for smaller physical rooms and/or video conferencing, this mic is great. If you need it for larger conference rooms, you may need to look elsewhere.

This microphone is easy to set up, just plug it in and that’s it. It also picks up my voice very well from a few feet away in a small room.

Needed a better mic than the one that came with the laptop. The Aluratek Omnidirectional mic was easy to use (just plug it in) and worked okay. The main drawback was that unless you had it located right near your mouth, the sound to others came out quite soft. It would be much better if it had a volume button on it so that the projected sound level could be adjusted.

The first time I bought it, it did not work, Windows would not see the device. Had to exchange it at Best Buy, but that was easy and now is working fine.

The instructions for this item were not very clear. The first time I tried to use it, I couldn't get it to work. After spending a few more minutes with the microphone at a later date, I was able to get it to work and now I am happy with the microphone.

The sound quality on the receiving end has been excellent. I like the mute button.
