Working well but initial set up instructions were confusing

So far so good - it was a gift so the product just was used.

Good sound but makes my ears sore when wearing them.

Not the best. I have to almost scream to be heard on a call The price was good, but I wouldn't recommend. Still in search for the right soft phone for work. Please help!

After a couple of hours, my ears hurt. I am a woman who has to buy hats in the men's section, so it could be me. I'd recommend for short meetings, but not long days on Zoom

Mute is the issue with this headset. I work from home and I'm on calls about 8 hours a day but you have two hit two buttons to mute and it didn't work. Tested and tested but the mute just isn't there. Why two buttons? Why not just one dedicated mute button? Quality of build is fine but whomever designed this should've thought about a dedicated mute button that works. If you're on calls all day I'm not sure this would work for you.

The product is okay. The headphones were kind of loose and seemed flimsy. It is better to save up and buy better quality headphones than these ones.

Extremely uncomfortable on the ears. While the adjustable headband part is 100% perfect, the headphone cushions are square and push on the cartilage on my ears all day while working and it HURTS! I have normal sized ears, and I have no idea why whoever designed these made the cushions inside square and narrow. Additionally, while I can hear the callers loud and clear, they can barely hear me unless I yell because the microphone is about 4 inches away from my face and is not adjustable.

It is absolutely a pathetic headset. Do not buy. it is a waste of money. Bought few months back and already started giving me problems. Just on moving my head left to right, one side of the headphone does give any audio. Description of the headphone says that you can mute the mic using a button on headset, there is no such button to mute. So even the description is faque.

These wireless headset are great . They were easy to install and give me the freedom to move a round while still listening to news & video's. I will be buying a set for husband the next time I go to best buy.

Very disappointed. Returning. Am a teacher bought to do zoom lectures so could hear my students better. Can not hear them at ALL. In addition does not charge. I charged over the weekend but when went to use it the blue light to indicate it was on would not stay on. Guess you get what you pay for. Will say the mic is good, students said they could hear me even with my mask on, I teach duel modality.

Great heaphones but i had to return them and exchange them fro a different brand because they weren't compatible with my jobs software

i am still a very new user and prefer to utilize it for various Zoom programs and MCE courses. Seems to be pretty useful so the entire office does not have to listen when I take a class.

Kind of cheap and the ear slides dont hold well. Good for the money, when on sales. I will be returning them to get a better option.

I could find that much different between with the set and without, I was expecting more clear voice on record. I returned the product

Very pleased. It is great for meetings and love flexibility of bluetooth. Admit was a little hesitant since i had always owned Logitech, but will be loyal to this brand moving forward.

I bought this item to pair with my computer, easy to use. With Covid my work is doing a lot of teams meetings. This is a great item to have when you work in a busy environment.

Wasn’t compatible with my MacBook Pro 2019. Bluetooth didn’t work to connect via wireless

Wife was going to use this headset for work but ended up having to return it because she needed a wired headset.

Microphone quality is poor. Issue with connecting to Bluetooth.
