    The RF USB module that comes with this was not plug and play like all previous headsets from Logitech have been. Computer could not find it until after reboot and then next reboot lost it again. Range is less than Logitech. I would not recommend this brand.

    I got these for my work computer it took FOREVER to get the Bluetooth to connect. There is NO MUTE FEATURE!!!!! The description lied anyone who does anything via phone knows you need a mute button. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

    Had hard time with this wirelessly. My computer refused it with wired connection. With bluetooth, it still refused it. And then realized it didn't even come with the usb to connect with it
