I've had this for a year now. When I purchased this, I had never heard of Amana, and would have preferred a more familiar brand. But the reviews were good, and a little research reassured. I have not been disappointed. In addition to being easy to install, the microwave is very easy to use, and the clean, stainless steel design makes it an appealing and low-maintenance choice.

This microwave is classy looking & works amazing. It has great power & is easy to use.

The installation was easier than I thought it would be. We have bought Amana products before and had good service from them. This new Amana oven looks good and works great. Nice features for the low cost.

Great product for the price. However, I replaced the same brand but had to re-drill the holes as they did not line up in the same ace as the old one...including the hole for the cord.

We love this microwave. It is the first over the range microwave we have purchased and it was easy to install. The simple but very efficient keyboard provides many shortcuts from defrosting to making popcorn. Plus the price was right! Thanks.

Has all features necessary. Looks great. Is simple to use. The first one I got lost a nut and could not be installed. Best Buy replaced it without a problem. The replacement works great.

I use a French Press for Tea. It boils the water in less then 6 minutes. Lots of power, easy install, good size. Enough features for me. Two Thumbs Up

Was easy to install. Easy to use. Not a ton of buttons and weird options that your not sure what to do with. Simple and efficient.

I ordered it online for a kitchen refurb i was working on. we opened the top and everything looked ok and the packaging was in good condition. However, when i went to install there was a large dent on the bottom, and two a missing light screw (covered by styrofoam) and since, it was installing it after the 15-day period BB would do nothing to support us. Clearly, it was repackaged professionally or damaged in the factory and shipped.

Had to order this microwave without seeing it. Once it arrived it looked even better in person! Easy to use, and great price for what you get .

This was a replacement for a 12 year old Amana that seemed to be starting to fail. I was hoping that it would be a direct drop-in for the old unit, but, as it turns out, I had to install a new support bracket and drill new upper cabinet holes anyway. The new unit has fewer buttons and programmable features than the original, but that's ok since we never used much more than cook time entry or add-a-minute button. This unit is relatively quiet but efficient and looks good, and frankly, is probably a better styling match to our 12 year old all-Amana kitchen ensemble than the old unit. Ironically, the unit doesn't display the Amana logo which I had expected to see--so much for attempting to maintain product unity. It does seem to be a bit of a 'chintzier' build than the older unit, but I suppose that reflects the fact that I did install a lower priced Chinese-built unit than the original. My only other complaint so far is that I have a concern in how the grease filter fits, as it looks like some day it might shift and drop into a soup pot or skillet. Time will only tell how long it continues to reheat the leftovers and nuke the popcorn.

This was a great buy for an over the range microwave. This was cheaper than fixing our ge brand microwave.

Bought this to replace an older microwave in a house. Fits perfect and works like a charm!

I had to replace my last overhead microwave after about 8 years. Since I am currently unemployed I had to really find one that was cheap, and this was on sale for only $129 at Best Buy. Unit came to the nearby Best Buy location and I picked up. The only real problem with the install was that this oven was about 1/2 inch taller than my last one, so I had to spend about an hour taking out 1/2 inch of ceramic backsplash over the stove. Once that was done install took about another 45 minutes. This oven seems to cook a little more quickly than the last one I had, and really does everything I can think of that you would need in a microwave. The only real gripe I have is that it sticks about 5 inches from the cabinet face, which is about 1.5 inches more than the old microwave. Other than that I like it.
