Cooks quickly and thoroughly. Excellent value, very few bells and whistles, popcorn button is useless because after pressing it you still need to enter more programming. Just enter time and you are all set

I bought this to replace an older similar model that had been in use since 2002. The magnetron on the old model finally gave out. This new microwave is just enough larger that it complicated installation somewhat, but it ultimately fit. This new model is fine, but seems comparatively flimsy and less well-made than its predecessor. I'm pretty certain it won't last 20 years.

This was a great purchase. We got the one to go over range and are very pleased with how well it is working.

the tech. worked hard to make it fit properly and had to make some adjustments to ensure it was safe and secure. It is working great!

Great over the range microwave oven. Easy to install and use.

I hired an installer who told me that this microwave would not work over my stove because there would not be enough room between the bottom of the microwave and the top of the stove. I can't say whether he was correct or not. I ended up getting a different microwave that he said would work. Before I purchased, I took all the measurements and went by the online Best Buy guidance. It should have fit. So either my installer was wrong, or the Best Buy guidance was wrong, I can't say for sure.
