It's exactly what I needed. The current icemaker was not working

This fridge was nice at first. After 8 months it started to have cooling issues . The the third party that came to fix the refrigerator would come and fix it and then it would not work the next day till this very day I'm still waiting for a response to see the cooling of the data of my refrigerator it's a nice refrigerator however if it would work it would be even better I've had issues with it 8 months in which is pretty sad cuz it wasn't cheap

This refrigerator stopped working after 4 months. It is under warranty and I have Total Tech Support. I have attempted for the last two days to get someone to repair or replace the item. The online chat refers me to a phone number. The automated phone number asks a number of question before saying we're not open and hanging up on me. How do I get this resolved without resorting to legal action?

it definitely needs to have another shelf. there is a bracket for it, but expensive to buy the extra shelf. that is ridiculous! will have to buy one because no one needs that high of a bottom shelf. almost gave it a 1 star because of this.

never got below 45 degrees in frig and 35 degrees in freezer, did dispense cool water for the first few days as we waited for replacement to be delivered. when it was picked up for return , the freezer light no longer worked , nor did it dispense water. in four days never made an ice cube.i was told by best buy delivery man that the wheels could not be adjusted, i would have to use wooden shims. this is untrue. there is adjusting bolts and instructions inside refrigerator.

We were looking for something to replace our fridge which was damaged by the recent hurricane that passed. This was on the cheaper side but it’s quality sure isn’t. It has all the bells and whistles you would want and need. My wife loves the crushed ice setting on the dispenser. Nothing amazing but considering what a premium fridge goes for, this is a winner in my book.

Its about the same fridge as the other one I had. My house is up for sale and its staying with the house.

It does the job! If your budget is limited this might be perfect, however, it doesn't look like good quality at all! The handles come off and the set up of our fridge was terrible. It might have been just ours, but I would not recommend it.

At first glance, yes the fridge is nice. But as we got closer to the actual fridge we saw that fingerprints stained it CRAZY easy and that well, it’s kind of cheap. I had high hopes for this fridge but you can tell in the quality that it should be priced cheaper than it is. I ended up swapping it for a Samsung fridge that was $100 more BUT was so much better. Also the guys who delivered it weren’t the best attitude-wise so all around, I wouldn’t recommend. Spend those extra $100 for a way nicer fridge.

According to my Bestbuy invoice- the salesman, indicating "Open box' 'Condition Excellent". This is not truth from the salesman. Next day came back with pickup truck- three employees from Bestbuy loaded on my truck. The problem was three Bestbuy employees were in a hurries, cause they did not have the bottom of refrigerator faces tailgate when lying on a side, facing the top to the front. Drove home- one big man and small man unloaded, no problem. The old rule to let the fridge resting for two days longer- before connecting power cord for on. The cold air very slow on both sides of the fridge. For awhile now open the fridge realized the inside very dirty- foods stains and drink spilled, but cleaned off a little, as well some dust. Took us several hours to cleaned many pieces inside the fridge. While cleaning- we realized this fridge been connected to water line cause there were some dripped of water from the coil hose inside the bottom draw- full of water filled ups the hose. Not good for me and my family. We purchased this fridge as second units in our house. But right now look like, we have a choice returning to Bestbuy.

I really like the ice and water feature. Not as big as I thought it might be.

It's a good fridge for the price. The ice it makes is a little small. But overall it's worth it.

Excellent value! Made my mother in law very happy. Has plenty of room and a great ice maker. She enjoys the spacious of compartments.

The refrigerator is sleek and the price is very good for the item.

Everything is perfect, how ever we are missing one piece but that’s all.
