Open box item : the fridge was in really good conditions on the inside. It just had small rust spots on the front of the fridge and dents on the bottom left of the fridge.

I like the painted black much better than a stainless steel black. This fridge is quiet (I sleep 15 feet from it and never hear it). Has lots of space. No fancy features, but makes just the right size ice in huge amounts. All in all love it, maybe the best fridge I ever had. Not expensive!

All around great purchase. Delivery was on time, installation was seamless and have no reported issues.

Fridge broke after 9 months. Luckily still under 1 year warranty. Haven't heard back from BestBuy on what the repair/replacement looks like so will possibly update my review after. But the motor started getting REALLY loud out of nowhere, 1 time, and although we didnt realize it at the time, now that it's been a few hours, we can feel that the fridge stopped producing cold temperature and everything in the freezer is melting and the fridge is getting warm. In general the fridge was not that great, the other reviews describe the water spout being poorly designed and eventually creating a stain down the freezer door. I thought it wouldn't happen to me, but even after many attempts to clear any water on the fridge door, it happened to us as well, even knowing in advance that this was a possibility and taking action daily to attempt to avoid it.

This refrigerator is great for my tenants. I will be looking for a stove next.

Worked fine for two years then started frosting every week. Replaced control board and defrost system for hundreds of dollars. Dont waste time with this unit.
