For the price, it's been a decent refrigerator. However, the insulation is much to be desired because it will not stay cold if, for instance, we increase our AC thermostat when we leave the house on hot days, so we had to increase it to the highest cooling setting. After about a year, plastic started appearing in our drinks when we got ice. Get a warranty. Better, just don't buy this model during a bad business year.

Guy left and we noticed the wobble. Called him back right then. No answer. Best Buy was no help. Corporate called to say that they would bring my old fridge back but then never heard from them again. Has to call again (had called before and held for almost over an hour and a half between 4 transfers. Only to get disconnected) just to have to schedule return. Have heard nothing back from anyone again. Worst Service ever!!!

I was told an order for a replacement would be made. It’s been over 20 days and NO ONE from Best Buy has contacted me regarding a replacement.
