Measure the path to the kitchen very carefully. We bought it for a basement kitchen, but the delivery people said it wouldn’t make it down the stairs. Note that this isn’t a reflection on the refrigerator itself; that’s probably a great appliance.

Please do not buy.

Whirlpool is aware of it. I've come to the conclusion that Amana is not a good brand as I'm having problems with another one of their appliances bought at the same time.
