When I put something heavy in one of the drawers, the drawer fell off the shelf. Moreover, when we tried to put the drawer back together, we were unable to do so. There were no instructions for this process in the print out.

Not worth it

This week I noticed that the freezer was not keeping bread, ice cream frozen and the ice maker was not making ice. Refrigerator thermometers show refrigerator at 50-60 degrees and freezer at 30 degrees. A repair technician found frost on only 3 of the cooling elements rather than all of them and said it is a closed system failure and that it probably has been leaking coolant since it was purchased. A quote of $600-700 to find leak , repair and recharge. Should happen on a 2 year old refrigerator.
