Unfortunately it was damaged and the doors do not align correctly because of this. I am waiting for the replacement which is it on order. So far Best Buy is doing the right thing. I will complete this with you when I receive the refrigerator and it is installed. The only other minor issue I have with this product is when you use the water dispenser on the door. If you pull the glass away too quickly the water continues to drip down the front of the refrigerator

Amana Side by Side Refrigerator

The door appears misaligned and when you open the door it falls back to the hinges, which I imagine will wear out in time. The first Amana refrigerator I had was wonderful. That's why I bought this one. A little disappointed.

Not the Best Experience with Best Buy

Called but was put online for over an hour so I hung up. Best Buy in store customer service told me only way to get this fixed was to wait on the phone to get someone to look at it. So we returned the refrigerator.

I have bought multiple times for rental properties this time may have ruined it. The doors on fridge do not line up. They said they were coming to exchange it the next day. No one ever called. May look into other options!

Defective upon arrival

The side by side doors were uneven, meaning the refrigerator side door was about an inch and half higher than the freezer side BUT the bottom of the two doors were even?? The doors did not create a seal when closing. When I talked to a rep on the phone, she was very nice but said "I guess if you buy a new fridge, you would expect a new one." Was this not new? Refused delivery and am currently waiting, with fingers crossed, that I receive a new one.
