The first dryer we got had a defect so unfortunately we had to return it. The good news is the exchange was hassle free and no questions asked. The second dryer we received we hooked it up and had no problems and dries really well. It’s a very basic dryer nothing special. The door is kind of funky that’s probably the worst part. Overall it does the job.

Nice looking and easy to use. I like the autosensing water fill feature. Very quiet as well. They matching dryer is also a good value.

Purchased this Amana gas dryer and I have to say how fantastic it is to have a simple dryer again with no bells and whistles and no huge price tag. I had forgotten how well the simple appliances worked. This dryer gets the clothes dry in 30 minutes or less. Im going to buy the simple top loading washing machine with the agitator next. Back to basics with a quality product.

I am very happy with my Amana gas dryer it works amazingly and drys my clothes towels and everything else very fast. super easy to use im glad I went with this type of dryer and not a High tech fancy one this dryer gets the job done and I didn't have to spend a huge amount of money.

Overall I'm pretty satisfied with this dryer. I didn't want all the extra stuff they charge you for on the higher priced ones because none of that stuff is even needed. I just wanted a simple no-nonsense dryer and that's exactly what this is. I've had it about 6 months now and so far it works great. I feel the low price makes it a good value. I only have 2 complaints. One is the door - you have to push it in kind of hard to get it to close. The other thing is that once in awhile a particular load doesn't get completely dry - the clothes will be damp and I'll have to run it an extra 15-20 minutes longer than the regular cycle. Other than that I'm happy with it.

I am very happy with this dryer. It runs very quiet and my electric bill went down since I had this installed. The clothes dry quickly. It’s a great dryer for the price.
