Total perfection its the best tv i ever had...#1 tv

Service at the store was quick. The best buy associate knew exactly where it was located in the warehouse and I was checked out and out of the store within ten minutes. The TV is amazing and we are extremely happy.

The delivery was on time, the mounting of tv was quick, the tech was very professional. And made sure the area he was working in, was left clean.

Great TV for price point. You won't be disappointed. Only complaint would be...seems like the changing of channels, volume etc...are slow to response. I still would purchase in a heartbeat though.

A GOOD OPTION FOR CHILDREN QUALITY AND PRICE NO REGRETS

Pros: It's faster than my previous Amazon TV It looks pretty The OLED is nice even if it's not as good as an expensive sets OLED. Cons: Do not buy this TV if you plan on using Hulu. The interface is slow as turtles.

I bought this TV thinking that the QLED would make for a beautiful picture and having Amazon installed would make for a great streaming experience. What o didn't count on was that the 60hz made it impossible to watch sports without the picture jump around and skipping. The contrast left a lot to be desired and the picture was actually worse than my 1080p 12 year old tv.

Screen quality is really good. But, mine would randomly turn off for no apparent reason. Maybe I had a dud. Too bad bc I really liked the view.

Totally bogus product. Quit working after only six months. Best Buy will not stand behind product because it is still under manufacturer's warranty. Amazon will not stand behind product because we bought it at Best Buy. I spent 2 hours on the phone being bounced back and forth between Amazon and Best Buy and never once received a satisfactory answer. Do not buy Amazon products from Best Buy.

The picture that I saw in the store was not what I got at home

Literally stopped working after 5 months. Now I have to go back and forth with Amazon for manufacturing warranty.

Very happy with this purchase. My previous TV was 10 years old and we needed to upgrade. I like that Alexa is built in so verbal cues to turn on the tv or turn it off, play music, ad any myriad other requests, can be done hands free without remote. We love it so much we will be upgrading our other tv and to a larger size Omni QLED. Take your time to go through all the various settings and especially get the tv screen picture and lighting features set to your liking. I highly recommend this. Plus, I was able to get a nice sales price. Watch for sales. Smart home compatible. I will be adding some Echoes to create a home theater experience.

Great picture, affordable and love the ability to control using alexa. Only issue is I'm not able to connect it to my cable provider remote
