However your website said your Alexa Auto for my car was compatible with my CX30. It was not. Your Akema requires an extetnal power source but my car does not have a cigarette lighter. In addition - to many wires that cannot be hidden easily. Lastly - i realized i did not need your Alexa Auto at all. My car has Bluetooth and i could access Alexa from my phone connected to Bluetooth. No need for Alexa Auto - so ivreturned it.

Alexa has not been much help in installation. A Chrysler technician spent an unsuccessful half hour trying to help. Our local Best Buy Geek Squad does not have an auto-qualified tech, so I'll have to drive 40 miles to see whether this is a viable product. I will re-review if I get good results

Posted .Hello Greentree27! Thank you so much for providing feedback and a review about your Echo Auto! I am sorry to hear that it is having trouble hearing you. You should be able to hear it over your own speakers if you plug it directly into your car's 3.5mm aux with the included cable. Also, the device has a 5 microphone array built into it allowing for far reaching recognition of your voice when you say the wakeword. If it is having trouble hearing you, you can check to see if your device has any updates pending that may address this issue by saying "Alexa, check for updates." You will want to do this while your phone is connected to it for it to have network during the update. If this doesn't address the issue at all, I would recommend contacting us directly at Amazon Customer Support at 888.280.4331 for further troubleshooting.
