We are on a ride down Route 66 in our RV. We Bought a new TV for the trip because we wanted to put a Fire Stick to it. What a difference. I can't say enough good stuff about Fire Stick. Fantastic. I want to also thank the People, at your Tustin Av store, who helped us select the Garmin, the JVC radio, the LG TV AND the phone people who helped us select these items. As well as your Geeks. These people are what make me come back. Your phone people showed us how to make our phone a "Hot Spot" and your Geeks have kept my computer going for years.

I recently purchased the Amazon Firestick at Best Buy, mostly to stream HBO GO. I discovered that because I am an Amazon Prime member, I can now easily stream all of their original shows, and lots of movies for free, too. You still have to pay for your apps, like HBO GO and Netflix, but the Firestick puts them all in one place on the screen. The best part is that I can ask Alexa for a particular movie or show, and she will search all of my apps at the same time. Pretty cool!

The Firestick is a great addition to TV watching. We have plenty of cable channels, but usually can't find anything we want to watch. The Firestick gives us the option of watching a whole new world of shows. Being able to add Netflix, Hulu, HBO Go, etc are nice options but can get expensive. We have had a few issues of it freezing up, but we have been able to correct the problem each time. Like anything else, unplug, let it sit a minute and plug back in. We are very pleased and wonder why we didn't purchase a Firestick sooner.

Very easy to set up. Alot of options when it comes to the apps, movies and t.v. shows. Very fast and no buffering. Would recommend to anyone.

This streaming TV stick is very simple to use. Very easy to set up. The remote has voice control and can be use to control the TV also.

Fire stick is easy to use and the price is very reasonable. The added feature of voice command makes it even easier for some applications.

So I've had my bedroom television a few years, and it works fine. It's just not technologically up to date. Well, it wasn't until I plugged in the Fire TV Stick. The remote is equipped with Alexa, but I choose not to use it. YouTube, PlutoTV, browser - whatever you want to consume from the internet via a television set - is now available. Plus there's no subscription; one cheap purchase price and you're done. The quarantined/distanced buying process was seamless. I couldn't be happier with this purchase.

Using with Hulu and works very well. Honestly performs better than Appletv with Hulu - at a fraction of the price.

Worked good for 2 years but froze on Amazon logo then went black screen.

I've used a variety of streaming sticks (Google, Roku, Amazon). This one is easy to use, priced right, and includes a voice capability.

Works great as replacement for cable as long as you have someone with cable's log in or can send them the code on your tv to log in for you using their cell phone or desktop browser for the local cable channel apps and any premium apps they are subscribed to. Cable log in apps for premium channels are HBO Go, NOT HBO Now (monthly subscription, not provider log in) and Showtime Anytime, not Showtime (another subscription, not log in service). Make sure to ONLY click on apps that say LOG IN, not FREE TRIAL. If click FREE TRIAL, then your card on file for Amazon WILL BE CHARGED with NO "Are you Sure" or other confirmation link after accidentally clicking start free trial, when u wanted to actually log in with cable provider. I just feel like Amazon tricks customers into making accidental purchases by having multiple apps for the same premium channels as named above, and has NO PROTECTION to prevent you or someone else from accidentally charging YOUR card because they clicked a Free Trial app. You CANNOT turn off purchases or setup dual authentication for purchases for the firestick, and even when tech support walks you through turning off purchases on the firestick through the website, it does NOT turn off purchases on the firesticks. Setting parental controls denies you access to the apps, so if set the controls and add a pin, once pin is used to access EVERY app except G rated apps, someone can STILL click Free Trial accidentally. That's my only issue but it's with Amazon, not the firestick because Amazon is the one not making provisions to prevent accidental charges and they force you to sign into an Amazon account with payment card attached in order to even access firestick content. Since Prime is charged automatically every month, if you add a default prepaid card with $1 on it, so accidental charges fail, your Prime can't be charged until you switch default cards, but you can't make a one time payment and have to leave the card as default until Amazon decides to charge it for Prime...giving someone a window of opportunity to accidentally charge your card.

My old Fire TV stick has been lagging recently, even after wiping it clean and starting over. After opening the package I compared sticks and realized the make/model of the stick itself was exactly the same as the one I had, so I was planning on returning it. However, this thing is probably nearly 100% faster than the old stick. This remote alone was worth the $30, though, as it now controls the Fire stick, my Vizio TV, and my Vizio sound bar. No need for 3 remotes anymore, hallelujah!

This fire stick was very easy to set up and works really fast. I am glad I purchased it. The picture quality is great as well.

I believe every household should own a Amazon - Fire TV Stick with all-new Alexa Voice Remote Streaming Media Player. I have one on every TV in my home and have given them out as gifts to family and friends. I can control all of my TV viewing/streaming of TV shows and movies with this device. I can pick and choose what I want from all the downloadable streaming apps available. And with the Alexa Voice, I can command the Firestick to go to my favorite streaming app right down to a particular TV show or movie

The only reason I bought this is because I have a smart tv but it does not have Crackle ap on it and it can not be added. When it was on sale at about 40% off, I jumped on it. Adding the Crackle ap to the Firestick was really easy. Amazon has a large number of aps that can be downloaded if you want them. It DOES require an Amazon membership with a payment method in order to add ANY aps and that part I do NOT like as I only watch free movies. I have never used the voice remote and dont intend to. Also, the firestick is always on unless you unplug it. I have not had any problems with it connecting to my router like others have complained about and my router is about 400 feet away. I also purchased the 2 year Bestbuy warranty on the Firestick. Time will tell how long it lasts but in the event of failure, I would purchase again.

Amazing device for streaming lots of free and premium channels to your TV. Was specifically looking for a device that offered the AT&T Watch app, which offers 40 channels for only $15 (plus tax). It's a better deal than Sling, and had channels that I actually wanted, including Turner Classic Movies. Easy to hook up and amazing picture quality. Still adding new channels every time I turn on the TV! Also, appreciate the fact that Best Buy had this device on sale for $24.95 when I purchased it.

Works well. Handy remote. Plug and play device. Comes with lot of apps pre installed. You can also install lot of android apps too.
