I have 2 Rokus and 2 Amazon Fire TV Streaming devices. Since I'm a Amazon Prime Member I do like the proprietary Amazon features on the Fire TV and really like how well the voice search feature works. The Fire TV and The Roku 3 are fast. The Fire TV Stick is great for a tv without the space for a additional unit or a tv mounted to the wall.

Love this item. Bought it for my parents who had a smart blue ray player that never worked properly. They are now able to connect to the internet and listen to pandora and watch Netflix without any trouble. Made their regular tv have smart tv qualities. We all love how easy it is to use. Very happy w this purchase and the black Friday price.

Device is great. Does what is advertised. Currently using to run Kodi. If you want a portable unit you want to take with you then this is the one to get. If you want a stationary unit with more power and more capabilities and a faster unit I would suggest to getting an Asus Nexus player if you can find one for $49.99! Depends on what you are looking for. I have both.

I purchased this because I hate the limited channels available in hotel rooms. This plugs into the HDMI port that most hotel TVs have now. This easily connects to the hotel WiFi and gives me tons of options for streaming movies including Prime Video, Netflix, and all of the premium channels I subscribe to. I absolutely love this device.

It is a little bit slow, but overall it's a good product. I would not necessarily get the Fire Stick with a voice search because it only searches Amazon services rather than across apps (e.g. across Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc.). But, I got it to be able to stream ESPN (since I have a SmartTV for everything else) and it does that much better than my old computer.

This is my second fire stick but this time with voice search capabilities. I bought a second one after trying out a Roku stick for my toddlers bedroom but got tired of the slow system. Amazon fire stick works way better than the Roku stick. I also have a amazon prime membership even though it is not needed to use the fire stick

I was reluctant to buy the FIre Stick, but it had so many great reviews, I felt safe trying it. Needless to say, my only regret was not buying one sooner. I turned my cable boxes in and have never looked back.

The amazon firestick was easy to install and set up, even I could do it. It worked right away and we were able to watch movies, tv shows, etc easily. Really like this product, which you can use on more than one tv, tablet or smartphone.;

We were looking for something to add to our TV so that we could use Netflix and Amazon Prime to stream movies. We spoke with a Customer Service Rep at the Best Buy store and after comparing several devices, we chose the Fire TV Stick. It works great and was very easy to setup. Great buy for the money!

Easy to use. Loved watching tennis on ESPN 3, Netflix and some old series hadn't seen in awhile. Only drawback is cbs all access. Charges a monthly fee for shows you can find for free. Also didn't mention until after the signup process that the afc championship game was unavailable. Had to watch it on my laptop. Overall love it.

My wife and I decided to cut the cord on cable TV, and after buying Amazon's Fire TV, we're never going back. The speed of streaming is fantastic, and we heartily recommend going ahead and buying Prime for a year, which gives you access to an enormous library of movies and shows, most of which you can watch at no additional cost. Further, Fire TV syncs perfectly with our Netflix and HBO Now subscriptions, which gives us an even greater variety of films to watch. Fire TV is also easy to use with streaming apps that give you access to all the major networks (if that's your thing) and to hundreds of international channels. And the voice remote, although its searches only return results within the Amazon library of programming, is much more responsive than either Siri or the Google voice interface. Also, you can set up the voice function to deliver weather, traffic info, and news while you're getting ready for work in the morning. Very convenient. Go ahead and cut the cord with Amazon Fire TV. You'll never, ever go back to cable

I own a Google Chrome Cast and Roku. I find the Amazon Fire Stick the easiest and best one to use. It is fast, perfect streaming, easy to navigate and use. The voice search is great.

This is my third try with this type of format. I've had two kinds of Roku and Amazon Fire TV Stick with no Voice. I decided to return all other models for the Fire TV Stick with Voice. You can search with voice instead of typing what app you want to search for. You can download apps to watch certain TV or Movie Shows. Most Apps are free. If you have an Amazon Prime Membership, you can watch Prime Video for free. If you don't have Prime Membership there is a trail period before you have to buy the once a year membership. My favorite apps are Hulu, Pandora, etc. If you like music, Amazon Music app was just added.

Easy to use. Bought it for my dad and gave him instructions. Saves a lot of money vs renting from redbox or going to the theaters. Voice command not all that great. I've tried the voice feature and it led to buy the movie and not the ones that were free. Overall I got my monies worth.

I have purchased a fair amount of streaming devices, and I really appreciate what this one offers. It is fast and easy to use, with a very small learning curve....which is really nice when you have youngsters in the house!
