||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. While I was hesitant to get a Kindle because I have always been a fan of paper books, the ability to skip this in my small purse and take anywhere with me is a major bonus. The ability to change from harsh white background at night helps my vision. I love being able to adjust the font and size. But most of all, the she’d at which I read is significantly better. Following my purchase, 2 friends also bought a Kindle and it’s become a competition of how many books we can each read in a week. 5/5 stars

I finally decided to pull the trigger and get this Paperwhite. It has been my best purchase of the year! The screen is great on your eyes and it’s beyond portable.

Book lover’s dream.
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’m over 30 so my eyesight is already failing. I was tired of having to zoom in on my phone, so my husband purchased this as a gift and I absolutely love it. It’s compact, light, the charge lasts uber long and charges back up quickly. It fits in my lunchbox and or purse without taking up too much space. I’ve downloaded over 50 titles and still have so much space left!

First time Kindle user and enjoying it
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've been an avid reader for about 3yrs and all I would read is paperback books. Yet, they are a bit too pricey sometimes and i also needed something that would be more accommodating to my needs since I mostly read at night and didn't want to turn on the light and disturb my spouse while they slept. Buying this Kindle helps a lot fue to the light not being so bright and also having the dark mode. I have charged my Kindle once, possibly twice, and it hasn't gone lower than 90% in about a week. Also, getting 20 books at a time free to read from Kindle unlimited is amazing. I am not a very fast reader, but so far I'm enjoying my Kindle due to how small it is, and how somehow I became a little faster to read on it. I have already bought a case and strap for it to make my accommodation more comfortable while I read. So far so good, highly recommended to any readers out there. I've had this for over a week and a half, but so far I'm living it.

Fantastic!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had been thinking about getting a Kindle for a while because I am a physical book lover. But there's no reason why I can't have both right? lol Best decision ever! I was worried about it not having enough storage but this one is PLENTY. Love the back lighting and adjustable lighting features and the dark mode for when I want to read at night. I fully charged it once when I bought it and haven't had to charge it since so the battery lasts a long time too! If you're thinking about getting yourself one, DO IT!

Reading on the go or at home
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My fiancé had been talking about getting a Kindle recently, so I decided to surprise her and buy her one. She has used it so much lately and loves how she can easily take it with her to work or school and read during her breaks. She has had it for almost 2 weeks and read a ton since then; the battery hasn't even gotten to 50% yet! It is an awesome, light weight gadget that is perfect for those who love reading books a lot and are always looking for something new to read without having to worry about miss placing that one book they love.

Best Decision EVER
||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I used to be an avid reader and really lost touch with it for many years. I also was very stubborn and liked "real books only". My coworker convinced me to purchase one of these and it was the BEST decision. I am reading again now more than ever. It's easy to travel with and I can read at night while my partner is sleeping without disturbing him. It stays charged and is easy to use. BUY IT!

This is a life saver for my wrists.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had a Kindle Paperwhite 2015. I bought it three times. I gifted one. I bought this one because it’s a tad larger than the 2015. My eyes demanded it : ) It has more bells and whistles and more space. All things I like. I’m still learning but I’ll get there. I recommend this version.

Good for kindle books, crippled for anything else
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It has great battery life. It is a good ereader, only if you want to read books from amazon kindle service. Thats all the good. it is sometimes unacceptably slow.. There are devices with eink screens that run faster, so its not a limitation of the eink technology. I wanted to use it to read pdf, technical books, may be an article on a website? Nope. It is incredibly limited in doing those things. I purchased a kindle 5 years ago and it had these exact limitations even back then. No improvement in 5 years? Not worth it.
