Battery !!!!!!!

Went to use it the other day and there is a battery with exclamation point on the front. I have tried charging. There is absolutely no communication to the battery. The warranty has expired. This is a known issue from what I can tell and Amazon will not even replace the item. It probably has less than 10 hours of usage. Very disappointed.

Amazon supports crime

It turned out that somebody (not me) claimed that the device is lost, requested and obtained a replacement! 3 days with support brought no results. Legally bought device is not usable while some criminal continue using replacement and Amazon does not care of it.

Bah Kindle!

Bad Kindle
