Wife reads a lot and thinks it’s a great Christmas

Replaces last Gen Kindle Paperwhite that is about 4 years old. She says it’s a worthwhile upgrade, it’s a little lighter and has more memory to store more books than the past generation. She says it also changes pages faster, probably a better processor.

Life changing reading device

Then I got know'd up on the technology E Ink. It pays to be informed. I cab read at the beach, in the hammock, a park bench. Thank you Amazon!

Long battery life, odd graphics

She doesnt use it often as the graphics fuzz out everytime she changes screen. It is much smaller than the box and barely bigger than a smart phone. So she usually just reads on her phone. No color, just black and white. She lives how dim you can make it and the incredible battery life. Probably not worth buying unless you read so much your phone would never have any battery, lol.

Best reader on the market

Now they are so improve with the no glare glass. Love, love, love this baby. This purchase was for my husband. Love being able to download books. My next adventure is letting my kindle read to me.

A huge improvement over my Nook!

The Kindle Paperwhite can be read in bright sunlight with sunglasses on which is exactly what I was hoping for. I like that I am able to change fonts, bold the text and enlarge the print.

Xmas gift that was loved!

She immediately created an account and started downloading books on it. The only negative I would say is. It sucks how now you have to spend more money to get the one with the 3g capabilties. My two previous models of the kiddle have 3g on them for free and i didn’t have to spend more money for the higher version. But that’s how companies are making products now.
