Very lightweight. Screen takes getting used to and don’t have to charge it everyday. I enjoy it very much. It was delivered before scheduled date which was nice. The setup was short and simple. Highly recommend. Definitely do not have the added distractions that phones and iPads do. Unfortunately expensive but you can find cheap accessories so that’s a bonus.

First time I bought a Kindle, and the Kindle Paperwhite Signature Edition is great. Very compact & light. Easy to use. Easy to read. Pages look like the pages in a book. You can bookmark where you are, so you never lose your place. I highly recommend it.

Great device for reading books. Good product with good battery backup . I use it everyday and take with me where ever i go , don’t need to worry about carrying the chargers.

Miss the Oasis (could use oasis w/out touch. Frustratingly, water droplets change pages!!) Sadly-anytime I’ve bought a new kindle it’s not an easy process. After 8+ years, it’s always difficult getting all my e-books downloaded and added correctly to collections. However, this Kindle downloads faster, switches books & pages-dark/light mode-smoother transition and flashes are gone. Since the Oasis is discontinued-this Kindle is best. FYI: only if looking at the newer Kindle, the signature is best option, depending upon how much money you’re willing to spend. The signature version does wireless charging. Keep in mind, with many cases the wireless charging does not work. However, it is nice to have the wireless as a perk, but not for $40. It’s easier to plug it in and read with a long cable-than connect it wirelessly – or take out of case Since I do a lot of reading at night or when somebody else might be watching TV or sleeping, the front auto light sensor is a definite plus for me. But at $40, I would say for most people it’s an unnecessary expense. The case I used in the picture will work with the wireless charging. Three stars for Value, I would’ve put four if I did not have the signature. So even tho the value was there for what I needed, I would say for most people it’s an added expense and they could avoid that additional $40. The quality I think is great, the ease of use I gave it 4 because I find it is very difficult to transfer from an old to a new Kindle – and since waterproof/resistant, the fact that water droplets can change pages makes the ease of use in Houston very disappointing-i’m in the water all summer. As you can see, I got the raspberry, the back color matches the Kindle case perfectly.

I absolutely love my kindle. I got this as a graduation gift for myself and I've read 7 books since mid August. I would read textbooks for school but I'd never read other books outside of that. My goal is to read 12 by the end of the year! The dark mode is amazing and the battery lasts you weeks. I love reading physical books but I also love my kindle. The kindle subscription is awesome as I have access to thousands of books. This may possibly be the best purchase I've ever made. 10/10!!

As many may have heard, the colorsoft launch has been plagued with discolored/yellow bars on the bottom of the device. This has also been a problem for some, but not all paperwhites too. I’ve had to contact Amazon for two replacements because of yellow splotches on different sections of the screen! Comparing all three total devices that I’ve had between the original purchase and replacements, all of the screens are different hues! I was finally given one that was good enough to bare and alllllmost consistently colored throughout, but still not perfect. Aside from that, the clarity of text and speed of the device is a huuuuge improvement from the last generation.

First kindle and I love it. Very light and slim. I think it’s fairly priced especially when on sale. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is 1) the screen glitches sometimes between pages, 2) it could have a smoother transition as you move within the kindle. It really does have a great battery life in comparison to using kindle app on an iPad. 10/10 would recommend.

I love my kindle . Easy to see and to hold. I love the color of it. I love o have more options with free books. I haven’t run into an issue yet and I hope it stays that way

Telling you the price looks High but after you buy it it literally pays itself off. Especially if you read a lot and I am so happy that I got this. I have been able to read so many books and also save money with buying the books on Kindle. If I read them and I don't like them,then I dont waste my money buying the physical book and then if I like what I read I buy the physical book. This is a book reader's best friend.

I read on this every night! The battery charge lasts a ridiculously long time. I charge it roughly once ever two to three weeks. Couldn't be happier with it honestly.

Nice to be able to change from dark to light mode depending on your lighting. It is very lightweight so easy for me to put my books down, love it.

I’ve been loving my Kindle and wasn’t sure if I wanted to switch from paperback, I’m happy I switched. It’s a lot easier to travel too!

Only problem is yellow corner on bottom left of the kindle, and for that just adjust warm light setting and brightness, overall the best device to study on.

Got this for my wife for Christmas and she absolutely loves it! Great for any avid reader out there and small enough to put in her purse!

My First Kindle I am absolutely loving reading at night with all the lighting variations offered on this kindle. The paper white is also less strain on my eyes and no glare! I can’t wait to take this on vacation and read on the beach, I take it in my car whenever I have time I’ll read or on my lunch hour at work. So convenient and 100% happy with this purchase!
