Absolutely love this product, was everything that I had expected and more!

My First Kindle I am absolutely loving reading at night with all the lighting variations offered on this kindle. The paper white is also less strain on my eyes and no glare! I can’t wait to take this on vacation and read on the beach, I take it in my car whenever I have time I’ll read or on my lunch hour at work. So convenient and 100% happy with this purchase! First kindle and I love it. Very light and slim. I think it’s fairly priced especially when on sale. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is 1) the screen glitches sometimes between pages, 2) it could have a smoother transition as you move within the kindle. It really does have a great battery life in comparison to using kindle app on an iPad. 10/10 would recommend.

Purchased as a gift and the recipient loved the quality and functionality. Also likes the light weight and beautiful jade color. There have been no issues with the screen I liked getting it for a competitive price.

As many may have heard, the colorsoft launch has been plagued with discolored/yellow bars on the bottom of the device. This has also been a problem for some, but not all paperwhites too. I’ve had to contact Amazon for two replacements because of yellow splotches on different sections of the screen! Comparing all three total devices that I’ve had between the original purchase and replacements, all of the screens are different hues! I was finally given one that was good enough to bare and alllllmost consistently colored throughout, but still not perfect. Aside from that, the clarity of text and speed of the device is a huuuuge improvement from the last generation.

I swore to myself I would never get a kindle, but after my husband said we didn’t have room for a home library, I decided to get one anyways (in kindle form). It has made reading so easy AND I am getting to read books from my TBR list and books I never even knew I needed to read. I am OBSESSED with my new kindle and I can’t believe it took me this long.

Only problem is yellow corner on bottom left of the kindle, and for that just adjust warm light setting and brightness, overall the best device to study on.

I’ve been loving my Kindle and wasn’t sure if I wanted to switch from paperback, I’m happy I switched. It’s a lot easier to travel too!

I read on this every night! The battery charge lasts a ridiculously long time. I charge it roughly once ever two to three weeks. Couldn't be happier with it honestly.

Nice to be able to change from dark to light mode depending on your lighting. It is very lightweight so easy for me to put my books down, love it.

Bought for my sister-in-law because I love mine so much. I take it everywhere like the pool or on roadtrips. I recommend this specific one to people who love reading.

Bought this as a gift for my wife for Christmas. All it does is strictly let you read digital books, but it does it extremely well. She loves it.

There are ghosts of other chapters on my screen sometimes. Ive tried turning on the page refresh, without much luck. Otherwise really liking the weight and feel of it.

If you have the previous generation, keep it! Absolutely horrible and glitchy and only fast if you don't have to download anything! Put on a charger for over 6 hours and still didn't get a full charge. Only had it off the charger for an hour and it's at 88% horrible! Save your money!

Picked this one up for my wife and she absolutely loves it. She did get the Kindle Scribe but there ended up being something wrong with the screen so she returned it to Amazon. So I picked this Kindle instead and she loves this one a lot better. She says its a much better size for her. The Kindle Scribe was too big and the extra cost to write on the Scribe wasnt worth it she said. This one is perfect for her, it has a great battery life and the built in light is great for reading on it anytime of the day in any setting. The Signature edition also has more storage and wireless charging which is a nice upgrade as well. Having to use a computer to transfer your own Epub books you purchased from other sites to the Kindle is a little bit of a pain but not difficult, other than that it's a great device.

Love it! So far, so good. Easy to change the lighting and font size. Can download books from the library as well. You can look up words (too bad it does not provide pronunciation as well). Love the color too! (This is my first e-reader.) (I did have significant problems getting the Kindle unlimited to work - but that was a Amazon issue. I had to call to get that fix.)

Bought for my wife she had one that was like 10 years old and finally died. She was skeptical at first after reading reviews. The more she uses it the more she likes it. Screen ia bigger pixels are bright and crystal clear and pages turn at lightning speed compared to old model she had. Being able to use block to charge is a.bonus. I think the negative reviews may be initial reactions for people.upgrading from really old models. Once you use and get used.to it you i promise you wont regret your purchase. I dont use myself this is feedback from my wife who has.to be the pickiest person on earth. You wont regret your purpose.
