Honestly probably worth it to spend the extra 30$ or so to get the 2600x - especially if you plan to use the stock cooler. Both are still a great value tho

Amazing, light to mid gaming CPU

New wraith stealth cooling is stellar, CPU has not gotten over 50 degrees C while gaming. Easily clocked to 3.8 base. I've loved AMD for years and, unfortunately, they've always fallen short against Intel...not anymore. This CPU is great and nearly half the cost of Intel.

Amazing performance for the Price

Any budget/intermediate build for gaming or really anything else this exceeds expectations. I would recommend this GPU to anyone and I would also look out for games that this may be bundled with as an additional bonus!
