Broken zipper short return period

Sadly it had a broken zipper. Also only had a short return time. Fortunately I was able to take it to a store and they refunded my money. I really wanted a replacement but they were having computer issues and could not enter a replacement order :(
Sad I don't have the luggage but appreciated the store handling return.

Arrived with a broken outer zipper. I didn't realize till the 3rd week when it was not returnable! This is a good brand so shocked. Am going to go to the store and see if they will help. Very disappointing. Be sure to check all the zippers as soon as you receive it.
