It is tall, like a tower, so it is not something you can just hide somewhere. But it works well.

My husband purchased this to help amp up our wifi in the house. We returned because it didn't really work.

My server is in a secure room were the wireless signal is too low to connect to the internet, after installing this antenna the signal increase to excellent and it works pretty great, I recommend this product if your signal is too weak and needs more power

I've purchased a number of items recently to test for home office recommendations and of the many items I've tested this is one item that would not be on my list again for any purpose. In 3 separate configurations I was unable to get any significant gain in signal or in range. While there was slight increases, it was in the 5 to 7% range in one scenario, and 4 to 5% in 2 others. The company and the packaging point to bring able to double, but I didn't see it. The housing and base were very cheap and likely breakable in the wrong hands as well. It's just not worth the price, and the gain isn't worth the effort.

This product is useless. I had a amped wireless USB Wi-Fi adapter that was getting an average signal of between 40 and 44%. So they recommended buying this antenna to boost my signal. Well I guess it did by a whopping 2% I'm now getting a signal average between 42 and 46%. Whoop de freaking doo. I don't think this product is any more than snake oil
