I'm not sure if our internet provider is somewhat at fault in not getting our signal to reach. It certainly doesn't reach 10,000 square feet as it states on the box. Our house is 3800 square feet and we still have dead spots.

We live in the country so the distance between us is rather significant and its able to accomplish this saving me some cash money and no longer needing my own ISP.

It connects to our router with no issues. Distance from router to extender is approx 50'. Distance from the extender to the mancave is approx 75'.

It wouyd not connect to the internet after careful setup. Called tech support, and after 1 hour on the phone and multiple resets, they told me that the product must be faulty and to return it to the store, which I did. I didn't purchase a new one...bad experience.

The service within our own home did not improve with it. It was advised to be a great booster by the employee at Best Buy. I was afraid to try another booster with spending more money in fear that another one at a higher cost would still not work well.
