    I could not get this unit to stay on. I thought I bought the best with Anker, I have other products.... this was a disappointment. I tried to call the customer service number for Best Buy. Not worth spending 30 minutes on hold to send back.

    I had trouble with accents and fast or muffled talkers on tv. This product, not turned up very high - 13-15 was a big help in watching such programs.
