I haven't had it long enough yet for a proper evaluation but the description on the Best Buy website is VERY incomplete. This charger does use the Quick Charge 3.0 standard - on one of the ports and the other doesn't, it's set up for "Power IQ". If you need 12v from 2 ports, this won't work. The QC port will provide 3.6 - 6.5v up to 3A or 6.5 - 9v up to 2A or 9 - 12v up to 1.5A. The "Power IQ" port will provide ONLY 5v up to 2.4A. The recommendation to a friend would come with a warning to check carefully that it will work with your equipment. It doesn't match the requirements of my tablet, but I'll try it for a while before deciding whether to return it.
