I opted for a refund rather than a replacement, because I didn't want another bad charger. Then I bought this one from Best Buy. It worked as advertised, and has continued to work for about a month so far. Sometimes you get what you pay for.

It took forever to charge them too. I researched this plug and saw that it is lightning fast. I decided to invest in this plug and it has done a great job. I had to buy a new cord to use with type C, but it was well worth it. I decided to go back and buy two more!

After some research on the issue, I thought it was most likely the cable and wall charger. (They were not the original equipment) Plugged this in and my phone goes from 30% to 100% in about an hour! Totally worth it!

Very fast

I bought it for both my phone and Chromebook since my chrome charger is looking it bit damaged. That charger still works for my Chromebook but couldn't do anything for my phone This charger will normally revive my phone battery back to full in less than an hour.
