With time comes wisdom

Allen has made better films (Midnight In Paris, for example) as time has gone on. The blu day Edition is nice for helping the film hold up the test of time. But seriously - THIS beat Star Wars at the Academy Awards?!

One of the greatest movies of all time
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is, quite simply, one of the greatest American movies ever made. The fact that it's a comedy and that its creator has gone on to make some bad movies and bad decisions in his personal life, should not detract from the brilliance of the writing and directing and cinematography of this film. A very wise film about relationships and a very good snapshot of a time in the cultural history of our country.
