Recently purchased. Vacuum works well but seal has missed about 1/2 inch seal area a couple times only. Continuing to evaluate. Not completely dissatisfied.

I want to like it, I really do! But it's a pain to use. You have to cut bags with scissors instead of the machine (most have a slider to cut bags with, this one doesn't) and if it's not close to straight it doesn't want to deal well. If ANY liquid sucks up while it's doing it's thing you'll have gaps in the seal and have to redo it with another bag and one side of it doesn't want to lock down without hitting it pretty hard. It works great for dry goods like waffles or biscuits to freeze.

With the rise of new kitchen appliances and gadgets such as sous vide machines, Instant Pots, and air fryers, this is one way to cook at home even more. Definitely a great pick-up if you can buy food in bulk, to save time and money and effort in thinking about what to make for dinner. It works well enough if you are careful, but just in case you might want to always seal the ends of the bags twice since this is among the more economical options out there. Try not to put too much liquid though - it will come through the bag before it is sealed and you will need to clean that up.

This unit is easy to use, but I find the instructions are a bit limited, and there are no extra features to deal with.

Not that powerful and turn off when using. But for the price, it does the job.

I really like the vacuum sealer, but I am only giving it 3 stars because the instruction that came with the machine are terrible. They were pictures only and we could not get it to work properly. We had to YouTube it and now it works great.

This thing works well when things so conditions are perfect. Lay your food out evenly in the bag. Make sure the bag is perfectly placed in the clamp without wrinkles, and there isn't much liquid in the bag. When all the above are met, you have a good chance if getting all the support out and a good seal. I didn't have great luck with cooked baby back ribs.

This works really well but u have foam that is so essential to suck and that comes apart after some use. U can attempt to put the foam in its ring but it makes the bag not get completely air free when it vacuuming the air out. I would honestly look at another or both y this and when it breaks but this from Amazon and return the bad one for a full refund. That's what I did.

It does the job but you have to adjust the plastic a certain way and align it a certain way and bag cant be full

This sealer works just fine. I have to hold it down most of the time. It is not made to block wet products so not for use with soup and other wet products. Otherwise, it is ok.

This product is good for basic home use. Not great for high end proteins. Bags dont seem stay sealed too easily. Good for sous vide products

It’s not a bad machine for the money but i wouldn’t buy this if you have a LOT to vacuum. Reason is it is hard to use it alone and open the top and vacuumed plus hold the bags.

hasn't been used yet, bought as a gift and event was cancelled. Thought I would use it myself to repackage some meat I had been given in a ten pound package, but no rolls or bags were included in box, so was unable to try it and because of stay at home order am unable to purchase any. gave average rating because I really don't know, may be great or may be not so great

There were no written instructions on how to operate it and the pictures didn't really help. Luckily, I had used a similar vacuum sealer before so I figured out how to operate it. The sealer works well, but not great. A little air seems to remain in the bag, and I think the sealer should have a better suction to pull out more of the air.

The auto vacuum and seal function does not work. Both features work independently of one another, but you have to be ready to push seal as soon as the vacuum is done.

Coming from a Foodsaver, this item does not compare to the best. The glossy finish allows for many fingerprints. The performance is just mediocre in my opinion and suck power is as good as any old $30 knock off brand you can find on Amazon.

I like it, but its hard to seal if you have smaller portions.

Mine is givonge a issue over half the time. Just did a order for different bags. Hoping it fixes my problem. But doesn't make it easy for me to.use. works when it wants too. Wanted to trade it in , to see if I got a bad one ???

It works, but wished that I had spent a little more money & given a better one. I finally bought me a foodsaver & will be giving this one to my granddaughter who is just starting out in her own home

This thing actually isn't all that great, only ok. Seems to lose a bit of seal, sometimes doesn't seem to seal at all. Overall though not bad if you get it for the right price.
