When I arrived the tech told me the items to be installed was a longer appointment service then time allotted for me. I explained the 2 hour drive to get back and that I had to be back in Salida at the time he had available on Monday to return. He worked hard and got all the work done during my scheduled appointment, and I ecstatic with his job.

Apart from having to schedule appointments a few weeks out this service is pretty good. Someone missed putting the faceplate on with the deck install, but with the total tech plan they installed it for free!

Had lots of problems with original install. Had to come back 2 more times but in the end the manager made it right and everything turned out great.
