The picture quality is excellent, and I rarely see any static when it is positioned appropriately in my RV. I initially used this with my old Emerson television set but have recently upgraded to a Samsung television. I do not have it drilled into the RV's roof because it sits directly on my work desk and faces the towers the app tells me to point it towards. This is so I can easily point the antenna when I move in my RV and it works perfectly.
