Week later it was on sale for $49, Walmart had it for $39 and Best Buy priced matched. If I was writing a review on just customer service I would give 5 stars. But this review of for the product which is awful. Set up is easy then you wait for it to scan for channels. After a few minutes only recieced 2 HD channels. Even for the discounted price this product is not worth it. I returned it after playing around trying to find more channels. The 6 foot chord limits where you can put this. After more research it seems an outdoor antenna mounted to your roof 30 feet above ground level is prob the best option to get more then a few HD channels.

This antenna did not pick up a single channel. Tried it on 3 different TVs in 2 separate locations. Very disappointed. My wife bought a cheap $15 GE Antenna at Walmart and it works great. It looked to have been opened, didn't see that and we were not able to return it until a month later and told we could not. Waste of money.. Goodbye best buy!!! should have stuck with Walmart!!!

After I bought and tried it at home, the performance is the same as a $20 TV Antenna product which I bought. I already return it and bought another cheaper one. It is not worthy to take lots of money to get the same performance as a $20 product provided.

Won't broadcast NBC

I already had a paper thin antenna, but wanted one with a nice stand. So I bought this, however it wont pick up NBC! The flat paper thin antenna picks it up, but this does not. I was told by the Best Buy representative that this would provide a much better picture. It doesn't. To top it off, this thing cost twice as much as the thin antenna.

Posted .Kathy so sorry that you didn't see an increase in channels or performance. If there are too many obstructions there may not be enough signal getting to the antenna. Try the closest window facing the broadcast towers then re-scan the TV for channels. Thanks!
