Gorgeous and Fun. Buggy and Tedious
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The action in this game is FUN. The environments will have you mentally "oohing" and "ahhing" You will spend most of your time stuck in Fort Tarsis and load screens. You can't chain quests, you have to leave your suit and hop back in every time. The loading times aren't too terrible but oh my goodness there is a load screen just to look at your gear!! There are so many!! The combat is a ton of fun and the objectives are straightforward. Being able to play any javelin without having to reroll a new character is just brilliant. This game isn't perfect and probably wasn't ready yet but BioWare seems to be listening intently to the community and making an effort to fix a lot of problems. If you are broke and have FOMO about this game save your money. It's a lot of fun but there's not a whole lot to do in the end game once you've got there. Basically it comes down to farming blueprints and materials to create gear with the rolls you want. Take the time to save up a little extra cash for this that won't break your budget and in a month or two there will be much more to do. If 65 bucks doesn't hurt your budget, pull that trigger, why not? You may tire of the game after about 60 hours but at least it's in your collection when they update it! Overall I found this to be the perfect thing to do while I wait for season of the Drifter in Destiny 2! I'm not into the whole pvp thing or the set and setting of Division 2. If you crave sci-fi PvE gameplay and need a little break from Destiny 2 this game is for you! Just be prepared for a few bugs and a lot of downtime while team story plays out as you level through the main campaign.

It's OK
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pretty buggy so far and the loading times are killer. But the game is absolutely stunning in 4K, 60 FPS.

Core gameplay is great, still missing key features
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So far the game has excellent gameplay, however there are some missing systems that can be frustrating among other things. Like waypoints and notifications for world events. Good loot is fairly difficult to come by at higher difficulties as items can roll stats that are unusable. However, the team at BioWare seems to be intent on engaging with the community and fixing the issues. They clearly have a vision and with time this game will flourish.

Nice game, a fiew issues
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really enjoy the game. It's odd to buy an empty case and have to download the game afterwards, but that's how it works these days. However, there were some install glitches that meant I had to download it multiple times to finally get it working, and at 55GB per download that hurts. Once it was, though, with a well outfitted system both the gameplay and the visuals are great, and the feeling of being Iron Man is substantial.

Not quite the games-as-a-service you want.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a very solid game - for the content it has within. The gameplay feels fun, it is gorgeous, and there's definitely a good mech feel, much like you want when you're soaring up and above in a personalized machine. However, the endgame is lacking content and I would not hold my breath on it getting the kind of care a games-as-a-service requires post-launch. I bought this on sale here at Best Buy and it was worth it.

It's pretty to look at
||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It was worth the five dollars but not much more than that. The combat is fun but the story, mission structure, sound design, and UI elements we're sub-par. They really should have focused on making this a single player game instead of trying to make it a online title.

Decent with friends
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Point off for the lack of quality endgame content, and the repetitive nature of the missions. That being said, the game is fun with friends, hence the recommendation, but get it on sale for $10. The actual minute-to-minute gameplay is enjoyable... In the end though, your mileage may very.

Extremely disappointing
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. One of the worst loot shooters and easily the worst BioWare game. The characters and story are bland and not interesting at all. Guns feel super weak and have no impact whatsoever. The loot to collect is boring and does not make you want to go out and play the game to obtain loot. In loot shooters or any type of game where loot is a big part of it, you usually see other players in the game that are high level and/or have rare/powerful gear/costumes, and it looks extremely cool and powerful. This game doesn't have that, at all.

surprisingly fun flying around in robot suit
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.this game was surprisingly addicting. I don't really know what i'm doing half the time and no one seems to ever have a mic but I just cant get enough of flying around in those suites. It's a fun game and I guess it's hard to complain when it cost me 6 bucks lol.

The game itself is good, but...
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The graphics are intense, super enjoyable to play, but after you reached lv. 30, and you finished the whole storyline, there is nothing for you to do, I still recommend for people to play this game tho, it's fun, the graphics are super good.

It's okay
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's basically Destiny, only in 3rd person...and lots of flying. In fact, flying is the best part of the game. The drawbacks - the in-between levels at Fort Tartis are slow and boring.

Great game!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a really great game. I highly suggest it if you have graphics that can run it smoothly. Anything like a GTX 1060 would make it run perfectly.

Great Hype decent game
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Like many games the hype is high and they really do not give you a clear insight as to exactly how the game is played. It would have been nice in this case. Beautiful graphics and very interesting game play.

Needs work
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Made this a day one purchase because i assumed it was biowares last attempt at a game. Theres a good game here beyond the bugs and load times, but it needs a few months of polish to become something great

Great gameplay, terrible UI
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The gameplay in your Javelin is fantastic. The game looks great. The UI is hard to navigate and confusing hiding parts of the game.

Ironman, the Video Game
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. There's a lot of hate for this game. My experience has been different. I like playing Ironman, the Video Game. I enjoy flying around and shooting up stuff. I like not having to micro-manage my buildout until the mission is over. I don't like the load screens and I don't like the tether. But I like piloting my javelin, and I really like playing this game. I did find this particular purchase odd. I bought the "physical copy" of the game. Which means I bought a case with a download code in it... I have my reasons, but it still seems odd when I think about it.
