Bought this to replace a unit that failed - internal battery died - instead of replacing battery. Went to all local battery stores and none carried this specific battery. I've didn't want the hassle of drilling and mounting a different model and have since found batteries on-line. As a UPS and surge protector it has worked fine.

Bought this to use as a backup for my modem & router. It has worked very well and is small enough to fit in a few more locations than some other larger backups.

I picked this up to protect my son's gaming computer. It was only a little bit more than a surge protector and provided battery backup as well. It was a good investment that comes with a guarantee. Recommended!

I have been using APC products for close to 10 years now. The price is reasonable for the amount of use I get. Would purchase again. I like that the number of possible outlets has been increased from 6 to 8. Using these products with 2 flat screen televisions with surround sound and gaming consoles and a desktop pc. The number of available outlets is critical in this case. very happy with this product.

I have my desktop and monitor and modem connected to this UPS. If the power goes out I have enough time to save my work and shut down the PC gracefully. This UPS Battery Backup does what it is supposed to do.

I was looking for a device to allow cable box to ride through power blips w/o losing programming. UPS system was not available at store and circular photo looked small. I was surprised when it arrived at the bulk, but couldn't argue with the price. It has already saved TV downtime due to multiple outages/blips.

During a recent power outage the unit continued to supply power to the items plugged in to the outlets that support that and all were protected from power surge when the electric power was restored.

Never been wrong with an APC UPS. This one covers a couple of small electronics that I'd like to be protected (router, modem). APC products are usually great. Does exactly what I expected it to.

I've been working remotely at a construction site, with generator power only and this little guy has saved me hours of work, When the generator goes down for whatever reason. It gives me enough time to save and shutdown my PC, even with the short charge times. Works like a charm!

This battery backup is responsive and works great. It does what its supposed to do but it's only drawback is the extremely short time it provides. Good for momentary power losses though.
