This scooter has been perfect for my use case. I am mainly using this scooter to commute to work which is about 1 mile away. I have a 25+ degrees incline hill coming home so I needed the dual motor. It’s been able to get up the hill with no problems at a speed of about 13 mph. The suspension has been great and my knees no longer hurt like on my last scooter. It is narrow enough to fit into my Subaru WRX trunk if needed. I’m 6’ 3” and the height has been great. Finally, I needed the IP66 water resistance rating if I ride in the rain. Great scooter overall!

I'm so glad that BestBuy had the Apollo Go scooter on their website. I was looking at so many other scooters and the Apollo was the best out of all of the scooters I was looking at. It fits in the back my car, has dual motors for steep climbing. It also has front and rear suspension. Great range. An app to use as a dashboard. Genius!

I was skeptical of any scooter so I researched for a few weeks. I picked the Apollo Go 2024 and it has not let me down. I've ridden it for a few weeks, including some fun rides and some commutes to work. It is quick, the ride is quite smooth for a scooter and I feel very safe. Controls are easy and intuitive after about 15 minutes and now my daughter enjoys using it to buzz over to friends houses. I have also folded it up and can fit it in the trunk of a medium sized sedan. It charges relatively quickly and connects seamlessly into my app. I like that I get credits for Apollo and can eventually use those for maintenance and upgrades. I would buy another one in an instant but I hope this lasts me for a long time. A few people at work are now considering buying one and I would recommend it to anyone.

I purchased the Apollo Go 2024 Premium Dual-Motor Electric Scooter in Space Gray, and in almost every way it was exactly what I hoped for. The speed, agility, acceleration, battery life, and overall performance were everything I was told it would be. It hit the perfect sweet spot between power, comfort, and price. The visibility and build quality also impressed me, and when it was working, it was honestly one of the most enjoyable products I’ve owned.
However, I ran into one issue that unfortunately became impossible to ignore: the tires kept failing. I had to exchange the scooter three separate times due to the wheels popping. The second scooter’s tire went flat within the first hour of riding. The third one didn’t even last the full day before the same thing happened again. I really tried to stick with it because I genuinely needed the scooter and actually loved everything else about it.
It honestly disappointed me that I had to give up on a product that had so much potential and was perfect for my needs in every other category. I truly hope Apollo addresses the tire durability problem, because if they fix that, this scooter would be close to perfect. I would buy it again in a heartbeat if they improved the wheel reliability.

Fantastic scooter! Bought this for my mother to upgrade her from the Inmotion climber. Love the regenerative breaking! Shocks are quite nice and the acceleration is wild. Light weight for its class! Great commuter scooter!

I bought this coming over from a Segway G2, I wanted something more fun than the G2 which to me is a A to B ride. The Go is more nimble, slimer, lighter, faster and about the same quality ride on rough rides. All that makes it purely more fun if you just want entertainment. For A to B daily Segway is my guess would last longer based on Segway's stronger reputation. However life is too short to ride mundane e scooters so I got the VW GTI of scooters. Super nimble once you get use to the smaller inch tires and the suspension is comfortable yet firm. No regrets about getting the GO.

The good thing about this Scooter is that you can jump a little with it, it's light enough, sturdy enough and the suspension is more sporty than the other scooters. I thought I had made a mistake at first because I could not wait until they had stocking for the other scooter I was going to buy but after riding it and getting mastery, I realized I was blessed. Despite the engineering, they advertise it as if you will drive these for 30 to 40 miles but instead you get a total miles of 20 in total so it's good for going 10 miles and back, which has been enough for me so far. The speed limit at 28mph is true, just gotta configure it in the APP.
I am a skateboarder since the year 2008, I CAN GUARANTEE THIS THING IS NOT FOR PEOPLE WITHOUT EXPERIENCE ON A BOARD IN THE STREETS. So thread carefully if you want to start learning.

Rides well, its a little weighty, but it helps with the balance, not to mention the much needed suspension for riding the cracked out roads in the city. I appreciate that the app makes the scooter customizable, but doesnt make it completely necessary to use with it. Its great that it can go 30mph, but i value my life, and the app makes it possible for me to set its speed limit to 21mph.

Really great scooter for the money. It’s light enough to pretty easily pick it up and put it in the back of a vehicle but powerful enough to get me (235lbs) down the road at 22 mph.

I needed something to go between my work and where I have to park which is a little over a mile each way, the GO is a perfect blend of power speed and functionality, all without being to heavy to load and unload into my vehicle, IMHO Apollo hit it out of the park with this one.

The mobile app is absolute garbage, and the scooter was a pain to set up. The mobile app is full of bugs and keeps crashing. I got a bug where the scooter wont go faster than 8mph despite being set to turbo mode. Thanks to reddit I was able to fix it by factory resetting the scooter. Once its set up, the scooter is great, i havent had any issues using it for the last 10 months since i got it. Its definitely on the heavier side, but its not a big deal since you rarely have to lift it.

I just bought my 2nd (after 3 weeks with the 1st one) and is a really good scooter. I sold my GX1 (to heavy and dangerous for me, although is a really fun one) in order to buy my 2nd one (the 1st one is my Gf's). So, the regenerative breaking is amazing... the suspension could be better for the price, but you have the City to go on that level (but my comparisson is with the GX1 since was my previous one). It goes really fast, though the torque is not going to be the strogest but it doesnt pretend to be the fastest. Its really fun to drive as I´ve been using it as my commutte, but if you have the cash, the space and you dont have the carry / lift it not even 1 time per day, then I´d buy the City without hesitation, since I think fir the price It really worth it. Im not giving it 5 stars, since the handling bar is just a slightly loose and the suspension is sqeaking from the very beggining. Would I buy it again? I just did it...

Definitely worth it getting, if you're looking for a fast commuting scooter, that doesn't weight a ton. It's easy to operate, and comfortable even on NYC streets. The front stem light seem bright enough to get peoples attention.
If there was one thing I could change, it will be having a bigger battery, but would change the weight. So as it is, work for those quick trips, without lugging a super heavy scooters up stairs and small enough hide at work while charging.

You will not get 28 mph out of this. I hear the practice of flat lying about that is rampant with all scooter companies which is a shame. I can't even get that going downhill. Flat surface its like 25 mph, 20 average uphill, 27 downhill. I'm only 180 lb and those numbers are when the temperature outside was 72 ish. Everything else about the scooter is great but if I were you, I'd just get one for half the price and a max of 22-25 mph.

I live in New York and wanted something that could transport me from the upper east side up to washington heights, a trip that would take me around 1 hour with the subway. I decided to go for the Apollo Go, it had all the features I needed. It is fast, has a nice battery, good function and strong electric motors. The trip takes around 30 mintures and it has roughly 50% left of the battery. I'm really happy with this scooter! Only down sides is that the default charger is not super fast. But you can buy a fast charger.
