I wish these were less expensive but thunderbolt provides a reliable hi-speed connection.

Well made but I wish it was shorter.It certainly does the job designed it was designed for but I use it for an off brand mouse and use the included connector so having a 5 inch dongle hanging out of the side all the time is sometimes distracting

If you have a Mac with Thundebolt 2, make sure you get the right cable. This is not the same as Thunderbolt 3, and the cables are not interchangeable. Don’t get anything other than Apple brand cables. Pricey but worth it.

I have now gone through 3 non-Apple cables and all have frayed at the lightening connector end. I do not consider myself rough on them but do have the cable plugged into a wall outlet with USB plugs. I do use the iPad while plugged so found that is the culprit of my issues.

I got this do display streaming apps from my iPhone to my TV, and it works perfectly. Beautiful display and sound through the HDMI outputs perfectly on my TV. You can even lock the phone to save battery life while it streams to the TV. Great product!

It works... kind of. I really should have paid more attention the the length because at a foot and a half it's difficult to connect one mac to another in target mode. Like everything else with an apple logo on it it's way overpriced. But if you need something now you buy what's in stock at local stores.

This is is a great item, just a little upset that Apple got rid of the port on the new macbook pros. I guess with everything is wifi now I can see why. Its good to have this item for those hotels or local spots that still have the ethernet hookups for internet.

I needed a cord for my multiple monitor setup at home, it is perfect!

It handled the transfer of large data very well. Just what I needed.

It is the most amazing 1.6" Thunderbolt cable that I have ever purchased! Oh, it's also the only 1.6" Thunderbolt cable that I have ever purchased. Can I have my points now since you bugged the po out of me with multiple emails to do this?

I purchased this as an open box item, for better deal. It works flawlessly. One thing I don't like is it is a bit stiff, so if you put your thunderbolt device next to your mac, and you want to keep cables in good shape, then use something to tie and hold down. I deducted one star because a cable with this price tag, must be built with better material.

When buying anything mac - i recommend sticking to mac made products. It's kinda twisted and evil that they "control" so much but I get it. Cable works great. Get's the job done. Don't go offbrand to save a few bucks - go real deal.

The cable was exactly what I need for transfer docs

I tried to go cheap and get an aftermarket cord from amazon. Long stormy short, it didn't work and it took me a lot of troubleshooting to figure out it was a brand new cord. Save yourself the hassle and get genuine apple products.

This is a genuine Apple Thunderbolt cable at a great price. I was thinking of buying a cheaper one but now I’m glad I bought the Apple cable instead of a knockoff. I’m very happy with this cable!

This APPLE designed and manufactured Thunderbolt cable is of very high quality. It is perfect if you need a very short portable cable. It is simply too short if you are using as an everyday cable for my desktop needs.

I purchased this so that I could use my iMac as a monitor for my work laptop when working from home. Works great. I just wish it as a bit longer.

Great little cable just like every product made by Apple. Just be sure you understand what 1.6' means. That's 19" end to end. It's not very long. So whatever you may be connecting needs to be close.
